Our terms and conditions of hire
Seating Restrictions: Please do not use additional tables inside or outside the venue, as these are reserved for other guests.
Age Policy: Over 21s only. Valid ID may be required.
Children Policy: Due to licensing restrictions, children are only permitted on the premises until 7:00pm.
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the venue. A designated smoking area is available at the front of the property.
Music & Setup: White tablecloths can be provided. You may connect to the BOSE speaker via Bluetooth, but music must be turned off by 10:15pm.
Bar Closing Time: The bar closes 30 minutes before the venue’s advertised closing time (as stated on our homepage).
Hire Fee: There is no additional venue hire fee.
Minimum Spend: A minimum spend requirement applies. This will be confirmed prior to booking.
Deposit: A £100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is paid.
The deposit is non-refundable if the event is cancelled less than 4 weeks in advance.
It can be used towards your drinks spend on the day.
Drinks: Drinks (e.g. Prosecco) can be pre-ordered for guest arrival and will count towards the minimum spend.
Food & Decorations: You are welcome to bring your own food and decorations to personalise your event.
Space Usage: Your booking includes use of the private event space only.
Other Areas: All other areas of the venue must remain available for other customers, including walk-ins.
